Zentra India values transparency and strives to provide excellent service to all our customers and freelance users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed for digital services and freelance/remote work opportunities.


1. Services Covered Under This Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Zentra India, including but not limited to:
• Web Design & Development
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Logo Design & Branding
• Business Growth Consulting
• Video Editing Services
• Data Entry Assignments / Work-from-Home Tasks
• Content Creation / Creative Services
• Freelance Projects via Platform


2. General Refund Terms

• All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Zentra India support team.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for all services and will only be processed under specific, valid circumstances.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.



3. Refund Eligibility for Clients

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
• You cancel the service before work has started
• There has been a significant delay from our side without valid reason
• The final delivery is completely different from what was agreed upon in writing
• A technical error (e.g., double payment) has occurred from your side

Non-Refundable Conditions:
• If the project work has already been started or delivered
• For change of mind or lack of response from your end
• If you fail to provide required inputs, causing project delays
• Once designs, campaigns, or files have been submitted or made live
• For digital services where full customization has been completed


4. Cancellation Policy

For Service-Based Clients:
• You may request cancellation before the project begins.
• If cancellation is requested after project initiation but before 50% progress, only 50% refund (or partial refund) may be applicable based on work done.
• Cancellation after 50% project progress or delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

For Freelancers / Data Entry Workers:
• To access data entry tasks or freelance work opportunities on Zentra India, a registration or onboarding fee is applicable.
• This fee helps cover training materials, task allocation system, admin support, and verification costs.
The registration fee is non-refundable once your onboarding process is completed and access to the platform/tasks has been granted.
• You may cancel your participation at any time. However, fees already paid will not be refunded under cancellation initiated by the user.
• If you abandon tasks without completion or fail to follow quality standards, your access may be suspended, and no future opportunities will be provided.
• Zentra India does not guarantee fixed income. Earnings depend on your performance, task availability, and timely submission.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following:
• Your full name and registered email ID
• Transaction ID or Invoice Number
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting screenshots or documentation

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.


6. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made only to the original payment source.
• Zentra India is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI services, or payment gateways.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

• If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block or restrict your account permanently.
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action and permanent suspension.


8. No Refund Scenarios

Zentra India reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following situations:
• Work already delivered or nearing final stage
• Lack of communication or response from client after repeated follow-ups
• Freelancers or data entry workers submitting plagiarized or incomplete work
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions or service misuse
• Services offered at discounted or promotional rates (unless agreed in writing)


9. Policy Changes

Zentra India reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance.
