• Misuse of platform, duplicate accounts, or automation will lead to disqualification

For business clients purchasing our digital services:
• All service requests require confirmation via email or portal
• Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and deadline
• Advance payment (partial or full) is required before project initiation
• Project delays due to client-side communication gaps are not our responsibility
• Once work is delivered or initiated, cancellation/refund may not be available (refer refund policy)
We aim for transparency and will communicate project milestones and updates clearly.

• Payments must be made through approved channels listed on our website
• Invoices will be shared via email or dashboard
• GST or applicable taxes may apply
• Delayed payments may lead to service pause or late fee charges
For Freelancers/Users:
• Payments for completed tasks will be processed weekly/monthly (as per model)
• Your account must have valid bank or UPI details for payouts
• Work not meeting quality standards or delivered late may be rejected
• We reserve the right to deduct platform or processing charges (if applicable)

Violation of these guidelines may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.

• All designs, content, and digital assets created by Zentra India are the intellectual property of Zentra India until full payment is received
• Users and clients are not allowed to copy, resell, or redistribute our digital property without written consent

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
